Karikiya Terms and Conditions

Welcome to karikiya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Karikiya ("karikiya", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the karikiya platform, including the website at karikiya.app, the karikiya mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on karikiya, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the karikiya platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and karikiya.

To register and use a karikiya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Karikiya does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing karikiya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using karikiya is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of karikiya or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from karikiya or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers karikiya.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

Karikiya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents, your account may be suspended and withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one karikiya account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your karikiya username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. • Use a strong, unique password for your karikiya account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account without delay.

Karikiya currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are credited to your karikiya account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Processing times are as follows:

• Standard verified accounts: Withdrawals processed within 2 hours.
• Loyalty Gold tier and above: Withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Unverified accounts: Withdrawals held until KYC verification is complete.

Karikiya does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside karikiya's control.

Karikiya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Offers / Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

General rules that apply to all karikiya bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your account.
• Karikiya reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being suspended.

All games available on karikiya are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Karikiya does not modify game outcomes and all results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — karikiya will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account. Karikiya's decision in such cases is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Karikiya reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant event. Overtime and extra time are included unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the karikiya platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using karikiya to launder money or process fraudulent transactions is illegal and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or card games.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or tool to automate betting decisions or game play on karikiya.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile money provider after funds have been used on karikiya.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Exploiting software bugs: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, or vulnerability in the karikiya platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.

Karikiya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your mobile money provider.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

All content on the karikiya platform — including but not limited to the karikiya logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of karikiya or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any karikiya content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of karikiya's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, karikiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Karikiya's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Karikiya does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which karikiya holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the karikiya platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
